Services, Inc. was started in 1987 by James Hemmerich, a native of
Rochester, NY. After working for a local window cleaning company
for several years he decided to branch off on his own. He started
with a couple of fold up ladders that fit in his car, some buckets
and squeegees and started what is now one of the premier window
cleaning and service companies in the city. His mission has always
